Caudalie Beauty Elixir spray – Beauty Holy Grails put to the test

I’ve been trying to add different types of skincare products in my routine lately and when I thought about a finishing touch, I thought “why not try the Caudalie beauty elixir spray everyone is raving about?”. So I picked it up.

I really wanted a spray I could use at anytime of the day as well as at the end of my skincare routine and this is the perfect product. After a week, I realized I had been using it so much that the level at dropped quite a lot.

As advised by the website, this spray helps to smooth away fine lines, to tighten pores, sets makeup and gives a boost of radiance.

I can’t talk about the effect of fine lines as I’m only 24 and don’t have any yet, but I can vouch that I’ve noticed a different in the appearance of my skin when I use it. It looks smooth, my pores are less noticeable as if my skin is tighter and I look healthier. I also like to spray it when I’m done putting on makeup so that I get an extra boost of hydration and so it locks everything in place.

And let me tell you, the smell is dreamy. It contains grapes to boost radiance, rose to tone, and rosemary to energize. As soon as I put it on, I feel energized and refreshed thanks to the aromas and the cooling effect that it has on the skin. It’s been a savior on those morning when I have to drag myself out of bed I can tell you that.

  1. I keep one of these on my desk at work to refresh my makeup (and mind) throughout the day! I love the Pixi glow mist for setting my makeup (and of course MAC fix plus!) in the mornings 🙂

    Lovely post x
